The Junior League of Tuscaloosa (JLT) presents Touch-A-Truck, Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the University Mall parking lot. Explore trucks of all jobs, shapes and sizes. This fun-filled family event will also feature bounce houses, activities for children of all ages and local food truck vendors.
JLT Members Support Operation Backpack Giving School Supplies, Food Boxes To Over 100
Dozens of cars crammed in the Krispy Kreme parking lot Saturday morning as a collaborative effort by several Tuscaloosa groups offered free backpacks filled with school supplies and boxes of food to local students ahead of the start of the fall semester.
