The Junior League of Tuscaloosa is led by a Board of Directors, slated each year by the nominating committee and voted upon by all voting eligible members.

The board inspires membership and advances the mission of the organization while ensuring the development and effective management of JLT’s mission, policies and strategic plan.

Councils help carry out the missions of various areas within the Junior League of Tuscaloosa and consist of members of the board and chairs drafted by the board.
